This section helps us determine what we need to have in place prior to the care package commencing, such as Insurance and vehicle information, PPE and E-Mar access for your client etc.

Once care and support commences, we will try and obtain feedback from your client on a quarterly basis to ensure they are happy with the support they are receiving. Obtaining this feedback can sometimes be challenging particularly with some of the nuances of brain injury. If there is a particular way that you can suggest we obtain this important feedback, please could you let us know the best way to do this. It could be by email, phone, teams meeting, obtaining their feedback through yourself, family member or advocate or we can come up with a completely different approach.
