Raising a complaint is simple and straightforward. You can do so using our online complaints form, by contacting us directly, or by leaving a message on our dedicated complaints phone line if you prefer not to speak to someone immediately. Every concern raised is taken seriously, handled with sensitivity, and reviewed thoroughly by our management team. By sharing your concerns, you are helping us ensure that our services remain safe, effective, and centred on your needs.
Complaints are acknowledged within 3 working days and we will aim to resolve them within 28 days.
